Let me see if I get this right. The large banks with the most complexity, ability to harm the economy and the most furtile ground for abuse get to come up with their own compensation/risk taking plan, which if approved by the fed is then applied and "monitored" by the bank.

"Health" care costs are bankrupting this country and we can't compete in the marketplace. We don't have a "health" care system we have a disease care system and we rank lower than many developed nations in our level of health.

You folks who don't think that cell phone use while driving, even hands free, is distracting, humor me and try an experiment. Try driving like you should drive, without any distractions, while talking on a cell phone.

You think it's scary driving in a car while other drivers around you are multi-tasking, try being on a motorcycle! Someone tries to kill me at least once a week on average and it's almost always because they're not paying attention to their driving.

This cell phone issue is just another example of them that has the gold makes the rules. It's always about the money, period. Power, influence, whatever, it all boils down ultimately to money. It doesn't matter which party is in power because the same people "own" both parties.
